ParkPal is a service provided by ParkPal LLC. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. Information We May Collect from Affiliates

When you register for and participate in the Affiliate Program, we may collect:

Performance and Activity Data:

• Referral link clicks and sources
• Customer conversions attributed to your affiliate links
• Commission earnings and payment history
• Dashboard usage and login activity

Technical Information:

• IP address
• Browser type and device information
• Referrer URLs for click tracking

3. How We Use Your Information

We use affiliate data to:

• Create and manage your affiliate account
• Track referrals and attribute commissions accurately
• Process commission payments
• Communicate program updates, payment notifications, and support responses
• Prevent fraud and abuse of the Program
• Analyze program performance and improve our services

We will never sell your personal data.

4. Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to attribute customer referrals to affiliate accounts. When a user clicks your affiliate link, we set a cookie with a 60-day expiration to track their activity and attribute any subsequent subscription to your account.

We may share minimal affiliate data in the following cases:

• Payment Processors: PayPal or Stripe to process commission payments
• Email Service Providers: To send program notifications and updates
• Tax Authorities: As required by law for tax reporting (e.g., 1099 forms)

11. Children's Privacy

The Affiliate Program is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a child has registered, we will promptly delete their account and data.
